PROP Alan Paver and number eight Laurie McGlone are among five changes to the Cornish Pirates starting line-up for Friday's match at London Scottish.

The duo have recently been sidleined by injury but have both been given the thumbs up by medical staff at the Mennaye to feature on the pitch for the Greene King IPA Championship clash.

Other changes to the side from Saturday's 62-26 defeat at Worcester Warriors sees Max Bodilly, Tom Kessell and Tom Hendrickson start for the Pirates.

Canadian international Matt Evans, another recent absentee through injury, also makes a return as he is named on the replacements bench.

Director of rugby Ian Davies said the side are expecting a tough game against the team who third in the table.

Davies said: "Following on from our fixture against the Warriors, we are looking forward to Friday night but it will be a different challenge for us, because London Scottish play a different style of game.

"They are a tough nut to crack, set-piece orientated, and in Mark Bright they probably have the stand-out player in the Championship."
