RYAN Semmens had a good week at Praa Sands Golf and Country Club as he picked up two titles.

His net round of 60 saw him pick up the Division One Monthly Medal with Gary Peters finishing second with 62 and Nick Watters came third with 63.

This came a few days after he had picked up the Seletar Goblets title alongside playing partner Sue Harvey as the duo beat off the challenge from Judy Harris and Roy Hillyar and Anna Harry and Simon Phillips.

There was also a fine performance from Giles Lawrence who won the Division Two Monthly Medal with a round of 57 in what was a closely fought affair with Jim Duffield finishing second just one shot behind.

The Ladies’ Monthly Medal was played for and won by Caroline Hardman with a score of 63.

Female golfers were also out on the course for a nine hole Stableford contest which was won by Wendy Keys with her score of 20 points.

Their male colleagues also played as they beat Clowance 5-2 in a Summer League match.
