A GAP in the fixture list allowed Falmouth Ladies to organise a match for their Badgers side against St Austell on Saturday.
Great determination was shown by Falmouth in the first half and this was rewarded when Amy Shaw gave them the lead with her shot from close range.
Before the interval, Polly Morris doubled the scoreline with an unstoppable effort from the edge of the D.
In the second half, the Saints then had a few attacks of their own and one of them produced a goal to set up a tense finish.
However, the Badgers stepped things up again and Shaw got her second of the day as she rounded a defender before pushing her shot in.
