A 3-1 win against Simon Morrish saw Grigor bag the trophy
JASON Grigor from Wendron CC A won the West Cornwall Winter Pool League Singles Knock-out Cup with a 3-1 victory over Helston FC A’s Simon Morrish in the final.
Grigor came from 1-0 down to defeat Anthony Williams, also of Helston FC A, 2-1 in the quarter finals and defeated his team mate Les Rundle 2-0 in the semis.
Morrish progressed after defeating Steve Williams from Wendron CC A 2-1 in the quarters and Godolphin F’s Nigel Cowls 2-1 in the previous round.
