ANYONE who wants to give golf a try can take advantage of a chance to play at Budock Vean for cheap.
The club have organised a Driver for a Fiver scheme to allow players to take on nine or 18 holes at the 65 acre course for just £5 until the end of this month.
Martin Barlow, who owns the course, said the idea is to entice newcomers to the sport.
"It's the chance to try either nine or eighteen holes, with something to suit all abilities, for just £5 and to discover this beautiful part of the world while doing so.
"If time is short you can still keep up with your sport with a complete nine holes in a couple of hours.
"It's great value for money and England Golf has confirmed that competitions can be run and handicaps gained over nine holes, so that's something we'll be introducing alongside our regular 18 hole competitions."
