A TRIUMVIRATE of events will be setting off in the waters around St Mawes Sailing Club this weekend - including the Working Boats World Championship.
Around 25 boats are expected to be participating in the competition which will see them all race five times over three days, starting on Friday.
Alongside this event, celebrating it's tenth anniversary, will be the St Mawes Social Club Regatta on Saturday before the inaugural 12 hour overnight race starts in the evening.
This will see St Mawes One Class vessels will see the crews go around a triangular course with money being raised for charities chosen by the skippers.
The overall winner will receive the Sir Ben Ainslie Trophy, made from offcuts of the multiple Olympic champion's current America's Cup boat.
