Falmouth Town Reserves completed a league double over Wendron United to lift themselves to 11th in the table.
Welcoming back Luke Wort to the team, Falmouth controlled the match and were 3-0 up at the break.
Chris Morris opened the scoring when he headed in a Wort corner after 20 minutes. Wort then got his second assist as he fed the ball to striker partner Luke Murray to fire home. It was then time for Wort himself to get on the scoresheet as he curled in an effort with eight minutes to go before half-time.
Mike O’Neill did pull a goal back for Wendron from the penalty spot in the second half, but Wort capped off an excellent performance by grabbing his second goal and Falmouth’s fourth.
