The Cornwall Cricket Festival match between Cornwall and the PCA Masters has been called off due to the rain.
The Twenty20 match, which was due to see former international players line up against Cornwall was abandoned at 1.30pm today (Thursday) A statement on the Cornwall Cricket Festival website, read: "the Groundstaff gave the ground every chance to dry following the torrential overnight rain, but with another downpour occuring, the groundstaff have declared the ground unfit to play.
"For everybody who has purchased tickets, refunds will be provided and you can view the full terms and conditions on the ticket page of our website."
Organisers will be hoping the weather brightens up for Sunday's showcase match when England Ladies side take on India in a Nat West Women's One Day International match.
