St Blazey made it through to the second round qualifying of the FA Case as they beat fellow Carlsberg SW Peninsula League side Wadebridge Town 4-1.
Plymouth Parkway are out though after they fell to a 2-1 defeat at home to Gillingham Town.
Sam Cooper hit the crossbar in the first half for Parkway, but goals in the 48th and 52nd minute put Gillingham in control.
Warren Daw pulled a goal back for the home side in the 75th minute to set up a tense final few minutes.
Tavistock are also out after they lost 2-0 at home to Bridport.
Buckland Athletic, who were promoted from the CSWPL premier division last season, are into the second qualifying round though after they beat Portishead 5-1.
Buckland will face Porthleven at home in the next round on September 15.
