AFTER six separate rounds, members at Mullion Golf Club say their annual Winter League competition come to a close on Sunday.
Played under the Stableford format with the four best scores counting to the final tally, it proved to be so tight at the top in the end, the prize had to be shared as Wilf Hutchinson and Ray Griffiths finished on the same score.
Elsewhere at the club, the seniors played for the F Gooch Shield in excellent conditions.
Glynn Coates came out on top with 71 points, one ahead of Brian Foley.
