STRONG winds coming off the Towans tested players at Mullion Golf Club on Sunday as they contested the Enys and Bert Anthony Trophy.
A large field still turned out to battle for the cups in what proved to be an entertaining day of golf.
Taking home the Enys Trophy was George Davis who scored 68, putting him two ahead of Dennis Law who finished second on countback from club captain Nigel Thwaites.
Wilf Hutchinson, won the Bert Anthony Trophy with a round of 73 bettering John Hall and David Dale’s scores of 76.
