TENNIS: Doubles success for Falmouth Tennis Club pair
FEMALE tennis players from Falmouth Sports Club are celebrating after claiming the Morton Nance Cup.
Their A team, consisting of Susie Scorse and Mary Hocking, triumphed at the Herron Tennis Centre in Newquay as they defeated the St Agnes B team 6-4, 6-1 in the final.
The duo were made to work hard in the first set before they managed to pull ahead.
They then used this momentum in the second set to pick up the Division Two title.
