AFTER having a slow start to the season, Stithians CC A moved to top spot in the Penryn/Falmouth & District Pool League following a resounding 9-0 win over Ferryboat Inn.

Their jump to the summit of the table was also aided by a surprise loss from New Inn B, who were beaten 6-3 by their A team.
