Godolphin defeated Playing Place B 5-0
IAN Pollard made a fine break of 56 to help Godolphin Club complete a 5-0 whitewash against Playing Place B in the Mining League Division One.
The team remain in second place behind STR Clinton, who also won 5-0 in their latest match, beating Illogan HI B.
Breage hosted Redruth British Rail A and fell to a 4-1 defeat.
In Division Two, a tough task awaited Porthleven as they faced leaders Four Lanes and the hosts were only able to pick up a point as they lost 4-1.
