The sides at top of Division One all record healthy victories
THERE were some big results by the top teams in Division One of the West Cornwall Winter Pool League last week.
Wendron CC A moved to within a point of Helston FC A with a game in hand after a 9-0 whitewash against the Rodney Inn B team.
Helston FC A gained an 8-1 win over Mullion FC A, singles wins coming from Dan Jenkin, Mark Jenkin, Siimon Morrish, Gary Smith and Anthony Williams and Lizard FC A and Godolphin Club F also had 8-1 wins against Constantine SC and the Boathouse.
Shane Orchard, Richard Glasson and John Curtis all won for Helston RFC A in their 5-4 win over Helston RBL A.
