The scoreline broke the South West League's biggest win record
A DOMINANT display was put together by Mabe on Sunday as they destroyed Exeter University 11-0 in the South West Shinty League.
The result was the biggest ever in the competition’s history and top scoring was Michael Walters, who fired home five times.
By half time had an 8-0 lead with Walters getting his goals alongside scores from captain Annan Birkett and a brace by Matt Mossop.
A reshuffle after the break slowed the game’s pace down as Beth Wilkinson hit two it before Birkett cracked in a stunning 30 yard effort to finish the match off.
