The top two teams didn’t play in division one of the West Cornwall Summer Pool League last week so third-placed Helston FC B took advantage.
Tom Retallack, Craig Burley and Dan Stidwell helped Helston FC B to a 5-4 win over Godolphin Club F and the Killigrew Inn had a 6-3 victory over the Harbour Inn.
Wins from Chris Spurrier, Rob Tuckwell and Rhys Pierce helped Mullion FC to a 5-4 victory over division two leaders, Godolphin Club D but they still lead the division by two points from Helston RBL D who won 8-1 against Godolphin Club A and Rosudgeon SC came back from a 4-2 deficit to defeat Helston RFC 5-4.
Helston RBL E edged out Red Lion A 5-4 and Rileys A defeated the Rodney A team by the same score.
Seven Stars B edged a 5-4 win against Red Lion B but that result moved them to the top of division 3, singles wins from Grant Retallack, Timmy Pascoe and Benjy tremayne helped them to their win.
Constantine SC B won 7-2 against last week's leaders Lion & Lamb and they are still in touch with games in hand while the Queens Arms defeated Seven Stars A 5-4.
The Rodney Inn B team also won 5-4 against Rileys B.
The team knockout quarter finals were played last weekend and Helston FC A won 5-2 agaisnt Red Lion A while Godolphin Club D won 5-3 against Rileys A.
Two games still remain to be played.
