JUST a single change has been made to the Cornish Pirates starting 15 for their Greene King IPA Championship clash at Doncaster Knights tomorrow.

Openside flanker Alex Cheesman has shaken off an injury to return to the side in place of Joe Atkinson who will start on the bench.

The only other changes from the matchday squad from Sunday's victory over Moseley sees Gavin Cattle, Laurence May and Tom Channon join Atkinson on the replacements list, with Jack Innard, Matt Bolwell, Mike Pope and Alex Dancer being left out.

Director of rugby Ian Davies said he hopes the momentum from their win over Moseley can continue in what is expected to be another tough encounter.

Davies said: "Playing Doncaster away is never an easy place to go and they are presently flying high on making a prompt return to the Championship.

"Their supporters with also be cock-a-hoop with the win away to Yorkshire Carnegie.

“It is important that we take the confidence gained from our win against Moseley and our aim is to take the points again this weekend.

“The line-up should also be much of a muchness as we strive to look for continuity.”
