FOLLOWING their tense draw at Helston a week earlier, Camborne School of Mines were able to double their score in their next game.
However, it would prove to be a couple of scores light as they left the field defeated 22-14 by Illogan Park in their Tribute Cornwall One clash.
CSM now have a full set of possible results from their opening three fixtures of the season, having beaten Veor on the opening day before their thrilling 7-7 tie with Helston.
The tries, both converted by Rhun Davies, were scored by Ben Karnersoz and Josh Ingarfield for the students.
A tough test awaits for CSM in their next match as they face a trip to undefeated league leaders Newquay Hornets.
