ANOTHER impressive performance was put in by Penryn’s Under 10s as they outplayed a plucky St Ives side to win 70-10.

It was a stellar day in particular for George Edson as he ended the match with six tries to his name while Billy Jordan picked up a hat-trick.

Matthew McGougan and Kian Crockford score two tries each while Hugo Allen also scored.

The home side’s passing game allowed their players plenty of space to move around, with Edson revelling the most with his unstoppable pace.

Both teams started brightly, but Penryn soon got in front with three early tries before the Hakes could respond with one of their own.

On top of their attacking, Penryn also made life hard in defence for the visitors with good tackling and space being denied to them.

Man-of-the-Match went to Jude Marven, who sportingly played against Borough as the Saints only had 14 players.
