LIAM Chapple will take on the director of rugby role and Phil Angove will join as forwards coach at Camborne next season.
The current head coach will combine the position with his new job while former Cornwall coach Angove will leave Falmouth to help out at the Cherry and Whites, with the changes coming into affect in July.
Current director of rugby Martin Symons has decided to stand down at the end of the current campaign.
In another change, Scott McDonald will take up the newly created position of first XV team manager.
A statement from the club said: "It is felt that these changes, although slight, will give the club a more structured set up with clearly defined responsibilities which will help the club to progress on the playing front.
"We thank Michael for his valuable contribution to the success of the club, and we hope he will return to an active role in the near future."
