CORNISH Pirates and Worcester Warriors bosses have confirmed this morning Darren Barry will be joining the latter next season.
The 25-year-old second row forward has agreed terms with the club who currently sit in second position in the Greene King IPA Championship after spending three years at the Mennaye, having joined from Bristol in July 2012.
During his time with the Pirates, Barry has made 81 appearances and earlier this season was selected as part of the Championship XV to play against Canada.
Director of rugby Ian Davies said it was a shame to see the lock leave.
"We are obviously disappointed that Darren has decided to move on from us," Davies said.
"I’m sure he will remember his time here fondly and appreciate the development that has occurred seeing him develop from a Clifton player to potentially a player in the Aviva Premiership."
