NATIONAL team selectors have included Redruth pair Tommy Phillips and Todd Prisk in the England Counties U20s squad for their tour to Hungary.
The team will head out to the Eastern European country between June 8 and 15 for a series of matches with a group of 22 players travelling.
Phillips, a prop, and second row forward Prisk have been selected after taking part at a trial held at Welbeck College, in Leicestershire, over the Easter weekend.
Alongside them, fellow Cornish players Jack Simmons and Jay Tyack will also be flying to Hungary as part of eight reserve players to be included should any of the original 22 get injured.
Cornwall RFU president John Grindle said: "This is fantastic news that these two young players have been selected to represent Cornwall in the England Counties team.
"It is the culmination of a successful season for the Cornwall U20 section having also reached the semi-final of their County Championship competition."
