Truro City fell to their 11th home defeat of the season as Bromley won 2-1 at Treyew Road.

City had taken a 47th minute lead through Andy Watkins, but goals from Michael Malcolm, in the 56th minutes, and Danny Waldren, fifteen minutes from time, saw Bromley take the points (match report to follow).

However, despite the defeat City are a step closer to survival in the Conference South. This is because both Hampton and Richmond and Maidenhead United, the only two clubs left in the relegation zone who can catch Truro both lost.

Maidenhead were beaten 1-0 at home to Woking and with two games left are seven points away from Truro.

Hampton and Richmond can still catch City as they have four games left, but they were beaten 2-0 away at Eastbourne.
