Truro City are all but safe from relegation in the Conference South after the midweek results went their way in the division.

Havant and Waterlooville, who sit just one place and two points outside the drop zone, didn't help their survival cause on Monday by losing 1-0 at home to Basingstoke.

Delano Sam-Yorke got the only goal of the game.

On Tuesday Maidenhead United also lost 2-1 at home to Salisbury.

Maidenhead are currenlty the only side in the bottom three who could catch Truro City.

However they would now need to win all of their three games left to do that. For City to be relegated it would also five other teams below them picking up at least one win from their last two matches.
