Truro City travelled to Weston Super Mare on Bank Holiday Monday and picked up their first win of the season.

City travelled to the match with just 13 players, with Andy Watkins missing out with an injury he picked against Salisbury.

Weston went into the match having lost their opening three games.
They fell behind just after the half hour mark when Truro City player-manager Lee Hodges lifted a free-kick into the box for Moore to head home.
Stewart Yetton made it 2-0 after the break when he headed in a cross from Les Afful.

Weston pushed for a way back into the match. However City showed none of the defensive frailties, that has seen them concede points in the opening two matches, as they hung on to the three points.
