PHELPS Pam Passed away at her home in Falmouth on Tuesday 28th July 2020 aged 79 years, following a long illness bravely borne, compassionately cared for by the members of Alexandra's Care Agency. Sister of Bob. Former member of the Falmouth Parish Church Choir. The Funeral Service will take place at 11.00am on Tuesday 18th August 2020 at Penmount Crematorium, Trelawny Chapel, for family and close friends only. Family flowers only but donations may be made direct to Parkinson's UK.
