CONDY Jack Alison, Jamie and family wish to express their sincere thanks to everyone who attended the funeral, for donations to Childrens Hospice South West (Little Harbour) and for the cards, messages of sympathy and gorgeous flowers. Special thanks to Revd. Robert Bowen for conducting a lovely service, to Ann-Marie for the heartfelt tribute and Rosemary for the beautiful flowers. A special thank you to T.Cooke, especially Shirley and Lee for their care, compassion and professionalism shown at this sad time, also to family and friends for their continued support.
