The town also favours sailing enthusiasts with its deep-water harbour and affords access to the beautiful South Coast.


From Looe take the A387 towards Polperro. After a couple of miles turn right onto the B3359 signposted to Pelynt. In Pelynt turn left just before the church onto the minor road signposted Lansallos. Follow this road to a T-junction then turn left. After another mile or so the road bears sharp right by a large bungalow called Higher Polgassic. Take the left at this bend and continue straight up the hill. The property will be seen in front of you. Please note – if using a sat nav the centre of the postcode is a different location to the property.
