Proceed out of Launceston through St Stephens towards Bude and the B3254. At the top of St Stephens Hill, opposite the church, turn left towards Egloskerry. After approximately 0.75 miles turn right, signposted Yeolmbridge. Approximately 0.2 miles along this lane, turn left into an unmade lane leading to Underwood Farm. Upon entering the small farming hamlet, the land will be located on the right hand side, identified by the attached land plan.
