DIRECTIONS

From Launceston town centre proceed on the B3254 at Pennygillam Roundabout towards South Petherwin. Continue for approximately 2 miles until entering the village of South Petherwin continue past the church on the right hand side, turn left at the village pump and almost immediately right towards Trewarlett. Proceed down the hill where if you take the first left hand lane after approximately a fifth of a mile the access to Apple Tree Cottage with be identified on the left.
