The property is less than 2 miles from the village of East Taphouse with its garage/general store catering for day to day needs. DESCRIPTION

This Grade I listed church is constructed of local stone with feature granite lintels and quoins under a slate roof. Closed for worship in 2017, this medieval church dates back to the 14th century. The west tower was rebuilt in the late 14th century and the nave in the 15th century. Towards the end of the 15th century the north Transept was demolished and the south aisle with a four-bay arcade erected. Further restoration was carried out in the late 1800's.

OUTSIDE

Accessed via a Lychgate to a pathway leading to the entrance porch and tower. A churchyard with gravestones surround the Church.

DIRECTIONS

From Liskeard take the A38 road east towards Bodmin, following the new Dobwalls bypass, and on reaching the main roundabout take the A390 to Lostwithiel and East Taphouse. On entering the village of East Taphouse turn left signposted St Pinnock 1 mile/Herodsfoot 3 miles. After 0.7 of a mile turn left signposted St Pinnock church. Follow this picturesque country lane for approximately 0.7 of a mile and on entering the village of St Pinnock the church will be found on the right hand side easily identifiable by the For Sale board.
