The Lander Gallery in Truro presents a collection of work by renowned Cornish painter Robert Jones entitled In The Open Air.
With over 30 paintings by Robert in the exhibition, it is a great opportunity to showcase this artist’s work.
Held until July 19, the |exhibition will also feature a selection of the gallery’s |regular artists.
They include Joanne Elks, Jenny Shaw-Browne, |Richard Lannowe Hall, Caroline Atkinson, Heather Howe, Julian Rowe, Paul Nicholls and Tom Holland.
“Robert Jones is one of Cornwall’s best loved painters, so we are thrilled to have him featuring in this special |exhibition,” said Viv Hendra at the Lander Gallery.
“Robert’s paintings have a power both in the brushwork and in the atmosphere that they create, especially when dealing with the landscape of Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
Robert will be giving a talk about his work in the gallery as part of the exhibition.
