Families can expect a wonderful festive experience when Duchy College Rosewarne opens its doors to the public for a free Christmas Fair.

Staff and students at the college near Camborne are making the final preparations for what is sure to be a memorable family day out on Sunday, December 3.

The fair will be full of festive fun with children’s games, hot food, craft stalls and a live animal nativity. Between 11am and 3pm, visitors will get to wander around the many stalls, learn more about the resident animals and visit Santa in his grotto.

Head of campus, Carol Knight said last year was the first time the college staged a Christmas Fair and it proved "a huge success." She added: "But this year we hope to make it bigger and better.

“I can’t wait to see the nativity show and you may find me looking for Christmas presents amongst the local craft stalls. Also on sale will be the Duchy College apple juice that was pressed in September using apples grown on site, so I will be picking up a few bottles myself.”
