Volunteers of the Falmouth and Penryn fundraising group, working on behalf of Marie Curie, are currently putting together final preparations for their annual charity ball whch this year it is being held on Friday, December 8, at the Penmorvah Manor Hotel, Budock Water.
Guests can enjoy a buffet dinner at 7pm for £37 a person and music will start at 9pm. For those wishing to join the evening for the ball only at 9pm, tickets are £15. Live Music will be provided by Rhythm Roulette and there will be a fun casino, grand tombola, luxury raffle with carol singing and mince pies at midnight with carriages at 1am.
Chairman of the fundraising Group, Sue Lugg, said “It promises to be the Christmas event of the year in aid of Marie Curie in Cornwall. A fantastic black tie event, the perfect way to make the most of this magical time of year and make a contribution to something that touches everyone.”
The ball is in its tenth year and has support from Quay Design Truro, Barclays Bank and The Penmorvah Manor Hotel. To book tickets call 01872 260500.
