A Cornish woman who has starred in Stomp, the international musical, is exhibiting her art for the first time.
After performing in the hit musical for 18 years Sarah Eddy came home and walked the cliffs and footpaths of the Cornish coast which inspired her to paint.
This is her first portfolio and the theme of the theme of the exhibition is discovering and realising beauty in the place of our birth and the untamed homeland of our ancestors.
Her paintings are an emotional expression of her deep rooted Cornish heritage, celebrating her attachment to the sea and the landscape.
Her mission is to convey the sense of place and to capture the magic with oils on wood panel.
Her work is on show at The Poly in Falmouth until September 15.
