Falmouth Street Food and Craft Ale Festival is bringing a weekend of 'proper tasty' food to the town.

Next weekend, Events Square will be transformed into a street food market with live music, beer and food talks.

Views of Falmouth harbour can be enjoyed while tucking into foods from around the world and tasting produce from some of Cornwall's finest craft beer producers.

There will also be arts, craft and local produce stands at the bank holiday event, which marks the start of the Fal River Festival.

Falmouth Street Food and Craft Ale Festival will be at Events Square from Friday, May 27 to Monday, May 30.

The food and beer stalls will be open on Friday (7pm to 11pm), Saturday and Sunday (11am to 11pm) and Monday (11am to 5pm).

Live entertainment will start on Friday from 7pm to 11pm, and then from 12pm throughout the bank holiday weekend.

The arts, craft & local produce market will be open from Saturday to Monday, 10am to 5pm.

The event is free and everyone is welcome to eat, drink, shop and dance the weekend away, regardless of the weather.
