Lucas Hollweg is cooking up a treat for diners at Dolly's Tea Room next weekend.
The Guild of Food Writers Cookery Journalist of the year 2012 and author of Good things to eat will be preparing several courses for supper and talking with diners about his choices for the meals.
Describing his own style as simple and unfussy, Lucas said: "Cooking is about feeding people and trying to make them happy. If I can put something on the table that does that, something with a big heart, then I’ve succeeded."
Supper with Lucas Hollweg will be at Dolly's on Saturday, June 14 at 7.30pm, with welcome drinks on arrival.
