THE Academy of Music and Theatre Arts in Penryn, formerly known as the Performance centre, plays host to an exciting new event showcasing the best of Cornwall’s talent.

The Cornwall Variety Show takes place on Saturday, May 30, from 7pm and will not only celebrate the quality and diversity of the arts but also raise funds for The Cornwall Air Ambulance Trust.

Cornish comedian Colin Leggo first captivated audiences with the hilarious YouTube video “Grand Theft Cornwall”. Colin will be showcasing his comical videos as well as performing stand up.

There will be performances from Falmouth Community Gospel Choir, the Cornwall Dance School as well as a display from Taekwondo professionals Black Panther Taekwondo.

In addition to these show-stopping acts, an array of talented singers, dancers, musicians and jugglers will perform for your entertainment.

A royal circus theme will ensure that guests will be immersed within a romantic and daring environment featuring a vintage sweet stall, mini photo booth, a fully stocked bar and delicious food created and catered by Shellfish Pig.
