Falmouth Youth Theatre performed at the Edinburgh Fringe last week.
The all female cast performed their brand new, all original interpretation of Hans Christian Andersen’s much loved fairy tale, The Red Shoes.
The dark, nightmarish and visually stunning production merged physical theatre with contemporary dance.
Company director Jade Fiori said: “It’s an amazing achievement for a youth theatre to perform at the Edinburgh Fringe, where their work will potentially be seen by an international audience of seasoned theatre goers and critics.”
The group will be performing The Red Shoes at The Poly in Falmouth later in the year.
