Not Today’s Yesterday is an international collaboration between UK award-winning Bharatanatyam artist Seeta Patel and Australian choreographer Lina Limosani.
This multi-award winning show blends techniques from Bharatanatyam, contemporary dance and theatre to create a poetic narrative that has the beauty and disquiet of a Grimm’s fairy tale.
It is a one-woman show which subversively co-opts whitewashing against itself.
The performance at 7.30pm on Friday October 5 at AMATA, Falmouth University features a post-show discussion about this study of an age old issue that persists.
This is set to be a powerful and thought provoking performance.
