WITH only one week to go until Helston Theatre Company opens its forthcoming production, Dick Whittington, the cast and crew are pulling out all the stops to polish a fantastic family show.

Perfect for children and adults alike, the cast are hugely looking forward to seeing the Epworth Hall full to bursting with laughing audience members. There is also a dazzling UV scene.

Aside from jokes galore, performed with ease by Helston favourites Gary Hunt, Andy Christophers and Jim Downie, audiences will also be entertained by some of Helston’s most talented singers and dancers.

The show includes classics such as “It’s Raining Men” (performed by the panto girl band), “Love is an Open Door”, “Who Wants to be a Millionaire” and “Itsy Bitsy Teenie Weenie Yellow Polka Dot Bikini”.

Helston Theatre Company also wants to make the public aware that it is running a deal on opening night, January 23, where all tickets are at a special price of £10.

Dick Whittington will be staged at the Epworth Hall from Wednesday, January 23, to Sunday, January 27. Performances are Wednesday to Friday at 7.30pm, Saturday at 1pm and 6pm and Sunday at 1pm.

Tickets are available from Gillian’s Larder, via www.helstontheatrecompany.co.uk or on 01726 879500.
