Miracle Theatre will be ending its summer tour with a bang at Enys House and Gardens, Penryn, as part of its 40th anniversary celebrations.

Alongside its final three performances of ‘A Perfect World’, Miracle will be taking over the house and gardens between Thursday, August 22, and Saturday, August 24, with free workshops, installations and activities open to all from 4pm each day.

Miracle founder and artistic director, Bill Scott, said: “For the last few years we have ended our summer with performances in the grounds of Enys.

“It is a beautiful location and this year, thanks to owner Wendy and manager Emma, and as part of our 40th anniversary, we have extended our run to be open from 4pm daily.

"There will be free entry to anyone and everyone who would like to come along explore the house and gardens, find out about Miracle’s history, have a cream tea and, for those to like to get more involved, we are offering workshops for all ages.

"We feel it will be lovely to round off our 40th summer tour by celebrating what we do in one of our favourite venues with people who mean so much to us – the audience! "Without them there would be no Miracle Theatre.

"We’re looking forward to it very much."

Entry and all on site activities between 4pm and 7pm are free, although advance workshop booking is advised to guarantee a place.

Tickets need to be purchased for all evening performances of ‘A Perfect World’.

Refreshments will be available, including a bar and vegetable tagine and paella served from Woodfire Kitchen and picnics are always welcome.
