COUNCILLOR Eva needs to make a full and comprehensive apology to our local firemen. For him to say that he has a "vast amount" of knowledge about their profession is insulting. Firemen need continual training and years of experience to reach their high standards. Yet Councillor Eva thinks spending a couple of weeks driving around in a Green Goddess covering the Fire Service in the 1970's makes him an expert. For him to believe that, he is either incredibly stupid or has a massively over-inflated ego. Or, as I think, both labels fit him.
