Sketch artists looking for something different in Falmouth and Penryn can take advantage of a new arts club in the new year.
SketchClub, which will run every Wednesday at different venues across the two towns, aims to offer nine hour-long drop-in sessions from 10am to 7pm each week.
It is the invention of Caroline Robinson from Falmouth-based cartographers the Clear Mapping Company and freelance illustrator Eve Bourrat.
As well as quick sketch sessions, there will also be the chance to try your hand at still-life or life models, provided by Penryn’s own Swamp Circus. Sessions cost £3 with no membership or subscriptions required.
The first will be held at Miss Peapods Kitchen Cafe at Jubilee Wharf, Penryn on January 9.
