UPDATE 1.30pm A normal service has now been resumed on the Maritime Line following an earlier fire.
---
The rail disruption in Cornwall has continued today with a "line-side" fire on the Maritime Line between Falmouth and Truro.
The small fire in the bamboo near Penmere Station took hold around 12.45pm.
First Great Western said that the fire on the Falmouth branch line meant that rail services had to be stopped between Truro and Falmouth Docks.
Adding: "Road transport is currently being sourced."
Train ticket holders could use First Devon and Cornwall buses "on any reasonable route," a spokesperson said.
A line-side fire on the Falmouth Branch Line means these lines are currently closed. Limited road transport is being provided.
