Police in Cornwall are concerned for the welfare of a 79 year old man called John Cocks, known locally as ‘Jack’, who left his home in the Mawgan area, near to Helston at around 8.50am on Wednesday 16 October.
The man is described as being a white male, around six feet tall, of medium build with short white hair and possibly unshaven. He was last seen wearing a checked shirt and beige trousers.
It is understood that this man was seen in the Roche area, near St Austell around 4pm on Wednesday 16 October. Police have been carrying out extensive searches in and around the Roche area.
If anyone believes they have seen this man please call 101 and quote log 615 of 16 October. Call 999 if you can provide information of where this man could be at the time of the call.
