Two men are due to appear at Truro Crown Court later this month to answer an allegation that they used or threatened unlawful violence towards other persons and their conduct was such as would cause a person of reasonable firmness present to fear for their safety.
Adam Petrauske, 26, whose address was given as HMP Exeter, and George Carthey, 23, of Penmere Crescent, appeared before magistrates last week when the case against them was adjourned after it was decided it should be heard at the Crown Court.
