THE former Nancy’s Bar in Falmouth’s Killigrew Street could soon re-open under new ownership if an application for a licence is successful.
James Skipworth has applied to Cornwall Council for a premises licence to permit him to sell alcohol, on and off site, from 10am until 1am on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, and from 10am until midnight for the rest of the week.
He also wants to be able to provide live and recorded music, films and late night refreshment until 1.30am on Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday and until 12.30am the rest of the week.
The application will be considered by Falmouth Town Council’s licensing sub-committee when it meets on Monday at 5.15pm.
