Merchants Manor hotel in Falmouth will unveil a new Wellness Centre in the new year.
As well as featuring all new top specification training equipment, the main gym area will be the first in Cornwall to install the MyWellness cloud technology – an innovative system that tracks gym users’ fitness training.
The Wellness Centre on Western Terrace will be kitted out with TechnoGym equipment. While working out, gym users will be able to individually watch TV, surf the web, play music or even play games on the cardio machines.
The new gym, which will be open to non-residents, will also sport Falmouth’s only Kinesis One resistance training system.
Behind the refurbishment of the Wellness Centre is experienced personal |trainer and lifestyle coach Brenton Doble, leisure manager, at Merchants Manor hotel.
He said: “We are really excited to be unveiling one of the most advanced and sophisticated gym systems in Cornwall. It is a really exciting development for both Merchants Manor and Falmouth and I’m looking forward to welcoming people of all fitness levels.
The gym opening, on February 1, is the next stage in the ongoing refurbishment schedule at Merchants Manor.
